Habitat and Substrate: Open woods and roadsides, on trees.

Rhode Island Status: Collected once.

Pollution Tolerance: Sensitive.

Collection Site(s): Lake Wallum, Burrillville (#5206).

Notes: Not previously reported from Rhode Island. The three specimens collected appear healthy, although small.
